Calibrate

1. Connect an OWL device (reload page if necessary)
2. Click Load test patch
3. Connect the Left output to the Left input, and simultaneously to a voltmeter. We recommend a three digit voltimeter
4. Press and hold Button 1 and copy the value from the multimeter to the High Voltage box

High Voltage Volt

5. Press and hold Button 2 and copy the value from the multimeter to the Low Voltage box

6. Click Calibrate

7. Click Store Settings

The module is now calibrated and the settings are stored in memory. You can test the calibration with a V/oct voltage source and Harmonic Oscillator patch or another patch with a V/Oct input and output such as MIDI Modular

Test Calibration

3. Connect the Left output to the Left input, and simultaneously to a voltmeter. We recommend a three digit voltimeter
4. Press and hold Test High and verify that both Module and voltmeter readings are near +5 Volt

Module High reading:   Volt

5. Press and hold Test Low and verify that both Module and voltmeter readings are near -5 Volt
